Our coffees are 100% Original Origin and Certified.
Our Coffees has been recognized by worldwide brands. Each batch of coffee is evaluated in laboratory to verify traceability, quality, fragrance, aroma, flavor, balance, sweetness and all the different cup profiles that our customers need. Our coffees are grown in the Antigua Region of Guatemala and have certificates of origin that they were grown in this region.
Since our coffees are grown on volcanic soils, they are rich in minerals and have an intense flavour. Region : Antigua Guatemala, San Lorenzo El Cubo, Ciudad Vieja, Altitude (m) 1500~1800, Soil type: Volcanic soil, rich in minerals, Production system: Shade grown, under gravilea and inga.
During harvest when the coffee is at its optimum ripeness, the coffee cherries are collected by hand carefully at its optimum ripeness, it is processed in afterwards; depulped, washed, dryed and stored at 10.4 % humidity, dehulled, sorted and packed carefully to finalize the export process.
